When you attend our events, we may post photos and videos taken at the events on our social media and website, unless you specifically request otherwise.

When you choose to share your story through testimonials, participating in events, or through campaigns, this information may be made public through events, promotional materials, our website, and our annual report.

Our Services may contain links to other online platforms operated by third parties. We note that our online donation function and other payment processing functions are operated by PayPal. We also note that our subscription function is operated by Constant Contact. In order to subscribe to our emails or newsletters, you must agree to Constant Contact’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.endurance.com/privacy/privacy. We note that our event registration is operated by Evite and Auctria. In order to register for events, you must agree to Evite’s Privacy Policy located at https://evite.com/content/privacy_policy and Auctria’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/7817344. We do not control such other online platforms and are not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or their use of your information. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators except as disclosed on the Services. Please keep in mind that information you post on public or semi-public venues, including
